As Mental Health Month unfolds, I find myself at a pivotal moment in my journey as the first intern at Let's Shake the Table. With my time here drawing to a close, I'm filled with a sense of gratitude for the opportunities I've had to explore the world of communications and to grow both personally and professionally.
From the get-go, this internship has been a collaborative effort. I've had the incredible opportunity to learn from and work alongside some of the most amazing women in the field of communications. They've served as mentors, guides, and cheerleaders, offering invaluable support as I navigated the twists and turns of this incredible adventure. When I look back on my time here, it's like weaving through a rich tapestry of experiences. From crafting social media pitches to strategizing membership initiatives, from brainstorming sessions that sparked creativity to strategy meetings that sharpened my focus, it's been a journey filled with diverse and fulfilling opportunities—all made possible by the incredible women who've supported and guided me along the way.
So, as I gear up to bid adieu to my internship, I do so with a heart full of gratitude for the amazing women who've helped shape my journey.
